Just use an alternate email that you won't mind getting spammed with Popcap newsletters to sign up with.
THEN. Open the confirmation email they send you and click the link. It will confirm the account and then in the lower-right corner of the page, you'll see the "send gift" button with the Peggle Nights logo.
Click it and put in your main email and wooo! You has free Peggle Nights. I've confirmed it, it works and I've been playing it. The only thing that sucks is that you can't register it with Steam. Oh well.
